Chocolate Hazelnut Banana Bread

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • 2.   Mix 1 1/4 cups of flour with the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
  • 3.   Melt the butter and mash the ripe bananas, mix them together and add the milk. Incorporate this mixture into the previous one and when you obtain a dough-like consistency, add the remaining flour, eggs, chocolate chips, and crushed hazelnuts.
  • 4.   Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake it at 375°F for about 50 minutes (depending on your oven).

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 bananas
  • 85 g of butter
  • 4 tablespoon of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g of dark chocolate chip
  • 100 g of crushed hazelnut
