Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°F or 90°C. Remove the core of the apples using an apple corer. Using a mandoline or a knife, thinly slice the apples. Sprinkle the apples with cinnamon and gently mix.
  • 2.   Arrange the apple slices, side by side, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 2 hours. Let the cinnamon apple chips cool, and enjoy as much as you like!
