Pangasius Brandade

Instructions

  • 1.   Thaw the pangasius fillets and then cut them into pieces. Dice the onion.
  • 2.   In a pan, sweat the onion in olive oil, add the fish, season, and add the parsley mixture. Cook without stopping stirring until the flesh comes apart completely. Crush it with a fork.
  • 3.   Add the already cooked and mashed potatoes. Mix well. Add the sour cream, season again, and mix well.
  • 4.   Put the mixture in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (375°F) for about 20 minutes. Grill according to taste.

  • 1 onion
  • 1 handful of grated cheese (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon of parsley mixture
