Foolproof plain yogurts with a yogurt maker

Instructions

  • 1.   In a large mixing bowl, pour the powdered milk and mix it with the yogurt (the yogurt contains the essential cultures for the fermentation that will produce the yogurts).
  • 2.   Gradually incorporate the whole milk to avoid lumps.
  • 3.   Pour the mixture into the yogurt pots and set the yogurt maker for 12 hours.
  • 4.   Let the yogurts cool for 30 minutes without removing them from the yogurt maker.
  • 5.   Remove them and let them cool again for 15 minutes.

    Place them in the refrigerator.

  • 1 liter of semi-skimmed milk
  • 5 teaspoon of powdered milk
