Milk-free crepes

Instructions

  • 1.   Place the flour in a mixing bowl with a pinch of salt.

    Make a well in the center and crack the eggs into it. Add the oil and a little bit of water.

    Gently mix with a wooden spoon, gradually incorporating the flour.

    Then add the remaining water little by little to fully incorporate the flour and avoid lumps.

    Mix until you get a smooth batter.
  • 2.   Let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • 3.   Heat a skillet with a drop of oil, wiping off the excess with a paper towel.

    Pour a ladle of batter and spread it in the skillet. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side before serving.
