Baked potatoes with herb sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the potatoes for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a moderate oven (thermostat 6/180°C).
  • 2.   Meanwhile, prepare your sauce: in a large bowl, mix together the sour cream and heavy cream.
  • 3.   Blend the finely chopped shallots with the parsley and chives, then add to the mixture.
  • 4.   When the potatoes are cooked, open them up and pour the sauce over them.
