Lemon Caprese Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Whisk the eggs, sugar, and salt for about ten minutes until obtaining a fluffy texture.
  • 2.   Zest the 3 lemons and squeeze the juice of only one.
  • 3.   Add the melted butter and white chocolate.
  • 4.   Stir in the almond powder and starch.
  • 5.   Pour into a buttered mold.
  • 6.   Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
  • 7.   Bake for about 40 minutes at 160°C.
