. Whisk the eggs, sugar, and salt for about ten minutes until obtaining a fluffy texture.

. Zest the 3 lemons and squeeze the juice of only one.

. Add the melted butter and white chocolate.

. Stir in the almond powder and starch.

. Pour into a buttered mold.

. Sprinkle with sliced almonds.

. Bake for about 40 minutes at 160°C.
