Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the onions in olive oil
  • 2.   Add peeled and washed potatoes with carrots cut into medium pieces
  • 3.   Add water to cover them and a little more
  • 4.   Add two vegetable bouillon cubes
  • 5.   Let it cook for about 45 minutes
  • 6.   Remove some of the broth and blend everything
  • 7.   Serve it all... Delicious 🙂
