Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and roughly chop the lettuce.
  • 2.   Sauté the thinly sliced onions in butter.
  • 3.   Sweat the lettuce with the onions, add the potatoes cut as small as possible (to reduce cooking time) and cover with water.
  • 4.   Cook for 20 minutes then blend.
  • 5.   Season with salt and pepper to taste.
