Brussels Sprouts & Smoked Bacon Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the sliced Brussels sprouts with 1 tablespoon of the sauce and a pinch of salt.
  • 2.   Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • 3.   Serve the quinoa in 2 bowls, then add the Brussels sprouts, the cooked and crumbled smoked bacon, and the parmesan.
  • 4.   Drizzle with the remaining sauce, then garnish with pickled red onions and toasted walnuts, if desired. Season with salt and pepper.
