Stuffed zucchinis with tuna and cream cheese

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and hollow them out to remove the flesh.
  • 2.   Precook the zucchini shells in the Air fryer for 10 minutes at 180°C.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, chop the flesh into small pieces and mix it with the tuna and cream cheese. Sprinkle with curry and salt.
  • 4.   Fill the zucchinis with this stuffing, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cook for 15 minutes at 180°C in the Air fryer basket.

  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
