Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the rice, slice the carrots and cut the broccoli
  • 2.   Place the vegetables in the Air fryer basket, drizzle with oil and cook for 8 minutes at 180°C.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, and curry.
  • 4.   Mix the rice with the vegetables then pour the sauce. Mix everything well. Cook for 5 minutes at 200°C.

  • 4 tablespoon of soy sauce
