Instructions

  • 1.   In a microwave-safe bowl, mash a banana or add a spoonful of applesauce for a natural sweet base.
  • 2.   Add the egg and mix until you get a smooth mixture.
  • 3.   Add the oat flakes and baking powder. Pour in the milk for a smooth texture and mix well.
  • 4.   If you like chocolate, insert a square or some chocolate chips into the mixture. They will melt deliciously in the center of the bowl cake during cooking.
  • 5.   Place the bowl in the microwave and cook for 2 to 3 minutes at 750 W.
  • 6.   Carefully flip the bowl onto a plate or enjoy directly from the bowl.
