Instructions

  • 1.   Start by steaming the carrots, parsnips, and 4 cloves of garlic, peeled and cut into pieces. Mash or blend, season with salt and pepper, and add butter according to taste.
  • 2.   In a hot pan, melt 1 knob of butter and cook the haddock fillets for 3 minutes on each side with 2 cloves of garlic and chopped herbs.
