Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the mushrooms under a stream of water.
  • 2.   Slice them and then drizzle with lemon juice.
  • 3.   In a buttered skillet, sauté the mushrooms uncovered until all their cooking juices have evaporated.
  • 4.   Remove them from the skillet, drain them, and place them in a hot saucepan with slightly warmed cream.
  • 5.   Let simmer for a few minutes, stirring.
  • 6.   Season with salt and pepper, and enjoy.
