Creamy Broccoli

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and drain the broccoli.

    Cut them into florets, discarding the stem.
  • 2.   Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for a maximum of 15 minutes.

    Drain and place the broccoli in an ovenproof dish.

    Add the cream.
  • 3.   Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  • 5.   Add sliced almonds.

    Place under the broiler for 5 minutes, just enough to lightly toast the almonds.

  • 30 g of sliced almond (optional)
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 800 g of broccoli
