🐟 Tuna and Potato Patties

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces, and cook them in boiling water for 15 minutes until they are tender.
  • 2.   Drain them, then roughly mash them in a bowl using a fork or a potato masher.
  • 3.   Add the flaked tuna, egg, flour, parsley, salt, and pepper.

    Mix until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
  • 4.   Shape small patties by hand (about 1 cm thick).
  • 5.   In a hot pan with a little oil, brown them for 4 to 5 minutes on each side over medium heat.
  • 6.   Serve hot, with a green salad or a yogurt sauce.
  • 7.   🌿 Possible Variations Using leftovers: use leftover mashed potatoes.
