Instructions

  • 1.   Preparation: Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices or small cubes.

    Slice the onion.
  • 2.   Cook gently: Sauté the potatoes in half of the oil over low heat until tender, then add the onion and let it soften without browning.
  • 3.   Beat the eggs: Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, then mix them with the cooled potatoes and onion.
  • 4.   Cook the omelette: Place the mixture in a hot oiled pan and cook for 6-8 minutes.

    Turn the omelette using a plate and brown the other side.
  • 5.   Rest: Let it rest for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
