Instructions

  • 1.   In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the salt. Gradually incorporate the cornstarch to avoid lumps.
  • 2.   Slowly pour in the milk while continuing to whisk to obtain a smooth batter.
  • 3.   Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly oil with a paper towel soaked in oil.
  • 4.   Pour a ladle of batter and cook for about 1 minute on each side, until the crepes are golden and easy to flip.
  • 5.   Serve hot with your choice of toppings.
