1. Wash the zucchinis, cut off the ends, and grate them. In a blender, place the eggs, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, pepper, milk, and cream.
2. In a bowl, place the grated zucchini and pour the blender mixture over it, mix well.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
3. In a hot, oiled pan, pour a small ladle of batter to make the pancakes, flip as soon as the edges start to brown, add more oil or butter if needed.
Serve hot.
