Beef and split pea shepherd's pie

Instructions

  • 1.   1. Cook the split peas and potatoes in a large pot of boiling water.

    Mash them up while adding a little milk.
  • 2.   2. Peel and finely slice the onion.
  • 3.   3. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion.

    Season with salt and pepper. Add the cooking juice to the mash.
  • 4.   4. Spread the meat in a small baking dish.

    Add the split pea mash.
  • 5.   5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.

  • 1 onion
  • 350 g of ground meat
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
