Instructions

  • 1.   Finely chop the onion first, then slice the mushrooms. Place them in a pan with oil.
  • 2.   In a separate saucepan, bring water to a boil to dissolve the vegetable bouillon. Pour in the fresh cream, then add the curry while stirring. Finally, add the mushrooms and onion.
  • 3.   Season with salt and pepper while mixing. Off the heat, sprinkle with dill leaves.

  • 1 stalk of fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 50 cl of water
