Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and finely chop the onion. Sauté it with olive oil over medium heat until it becomes translucent.
  • 2.   Add the filet mignon slices to the pan. Brown them on each side for a few minutes.
  • 3.   Add the water and crumble the bouillon cube. Stir well, then let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
  • 4.   In a bowl, mix the Boursin with the sour cream until you get a smooth mixture. Add it to the pan, then season with salt and pepper.
  • 5.   Dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold water, then pour it into the pan. Let it simmer for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until the sauce becomes creamy.

  • 4 tablespoon of light cream (12-15%)
  • 1 vegetable bouillon cube

  • 3 teaspoon of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
