Small cabbage leaves with pollock

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the cabbage leaves, blanch them for 2 minutes in boiling water to soften them, then pat them dry.
  • 2.   Finely chop the raw pollock and chervil. Season with salt, pepper, add cinnamon and nutmeg. Add the diced bacon and bind the stuffing with an egg yolk.
  • 3.   Fill the cabbage leaves with the fish mixture, fold them over and secure them with wooden picks or kitchen twine. Steam for 12 minutes and serve hot, with soy sauce.

  • 300 g of black pollock
  • 5 sprig of fresh chervil
  • 4 slice of smoked bacon
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 soy sauce
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
