Instructions

  • 1.   Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until 'al dente'. Drain and rinse them, then set them aside.
  • 2.   Wash and dry the lettuce. Wash the tomatoes and mushrooms, then slice them thinly. Wash, core, and cut the peppers into thin strips. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces. Mix everything with the cold pasta in a salad bowl.
  • 3.   Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour it over the salad, mix well, garnish with black olives, and serve.

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 6 dried tomatoes
  • 30 g of black olive
  • 1 leaf of mesclun
  • 4 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 lemon juice
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
