Light Piémontese Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the potatoes and cook them in a pot of water for 20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  • 2.   Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Wash and core the tomatoes, then cut them into small pieces. Put them in a salad bowl.
  • 3.   Add 3 tablespoons of sour cream and 1 teaspoon of mustard to a bowl, mix, season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Pour the mixture over the vegetables. Cut the ham into pieces, wash and slice the pickles, chop the chives.
  • 5.   Add the ham, pickles, and chives to the salad bowl, mix and serve immediately.

  • 2 slice of ham
  • 1 thick sour cream
  • 1 mustard
  • 10 sprig of fresh chives
