Pan-Fried Tomato Gnocchi

Instructions

  • 1.   Step 1

    In a skillet, pour a tablespoon of olive oil.

    Peel and slice the garlic and onion. Brown the onion in the skillet.

    Add the Herbes de Provence, turmeric, paprika, and garlic.
  • 2.   Step 2

    Let it cook gently for about fifteen minutes, mashing with a fork.
  • 3.   Step 3

    In a non-stick skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil or a nice knob of butter.

    Sear the gnocchi over high heat for 2 minutes, stirring for a crispy exterior.

    Then cover the gnocchi to make them soft inside.

    Cook over low heat for 3 minutes, remembering to turn occasionally.

    Set aside.
  • 4.   Step 4

    Add the tomato sauce, mix.

    Enjoy immediately.

  • 1 teaspoon of basil
