Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash, dry, and finely chop the mint.
  • 2.   Clean the vegetables and onions, then cut them into julienne strips using a peeler.
  • 3.   Mix the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, mint, salt, and pepper in a salad bowl. Add the vegetables and onions, and mix.

  • 2 carrots
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
