Tuna Parmentier

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • 2.   Mash the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and set aside.
  • 3.   Blend the peeled shallots and coriander, then sauté in a drizzle of olive oil.
  • 4.   Mix with drained tuna.
  • 5.   Butter an ovenproof dish, then layer with mashed potatoes, the tuna mixture, and another layer of mashed potatoes.
  • 6.   Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  • 7.   Bake for 15 minutes.
  • 8.   Serve the Tuna Parmentier!

  • 2 shallots
  • 1 pinch of ground coriander
  • 2 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
