Instructions

  • 1.   Drain the canned tuna well and crumble it, then mix in the minced garlic, nutmeg, pepper, and whole egg.
  • 2.   Mix everything carefully.
  • 3.   Shape the mixture into small balls and repeat the process with the rest of the mixture, then coat the balls in breadcrumbs.
  • 4.   Finally, brown the balls in butter until they are golden brown.
  • 5.   Serve the tuna balls.

  • 1 egg
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
