Instructions

  • 1.   In a hot saucepan, over medium heat, add the bacon. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until they are golden brown.
  • 2.   Add the uncooked small pasta, frozen peas, bouillon cube, and about 200 ml of water per person. Mix, then cover and let simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3.   After 15 minutes, add the fresh cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.

  • 4.   Serve the risotto in a shallow bowl and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. It's ready!
