Toulouse Sausage with Green Beans

Instructions

  • 1.   Blanch the green beans in boiling water for about 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Sauté 1 onion in very little oil. Once golden, add the sausage cut into small pieces.
  • 3.   Precook it this way (until it browns).
  • 4.   Add the potatoes cut into quarters, the green beans, cover with water, and crumble the 2 beef bouillon cubes.
  • 5.   Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 6.   Let it cook for 45 minutes.

    "Do not use a lot of oil to sauté the onions, as the sausage already releases a lot of fat. You can add tomato paste to the sauce."
