Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and peel the carrots and apples, cut them into small pieces.
  • 2.   Chop the onion and sweat it in a pot with some oil.
  • 3.   Add the carrots and apples.
  • 4.   In a saucepan, dissolve the vegetable bouillon cube in 1.5 liters of water.
  • 5.   Cover the vegetables with the broth.
  • 6.   Season and let it boil for 30 minutes.
  • 7.   Blend everything.
