Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the garlic and sauté it in olive oil in a skillet.
  • 2.   Add the tomatoes and let them simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • 3.   Arrange the eggs in the skillet like sunny-side-up eggs. Cook for 6-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
