Sauté of rutabaga, potatoes, and sausage.

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the sausages into slices.
  • 2.   Wash, cut the rutabagas and potatoes into cubes, and dry them with a kitchen towel. In a skillet, place the cubes of potatoes and rutabaga with the olive oil. Mix and season to taste.

    Cook over high heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then continue cooking over low heat and covered for 10 to 12 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

    Set aside.
  • 3.   Sauté the slices of smoked sausages in the skillet, add the rutabagas, potatoes, and broccoli florets, and continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring well.

    Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Sprinkle with fresh thyme and enjoy hot!
