Chicken thighs with zucchini

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • 2.   Wash the zucchinis and cut them into rounds.
  • 3.   Place the chicken thighs in the ovenproof dish.
  • 4.   Drizzle it with sunflower oil.
  • 5.   Add, on top, the zucchini rounds, coriander, and ginger.
  • 6.   Season with salt and pepper.
  • 7.   Bake for about 30 minutes.
