Pork shank with bell peppers

Instructions

  • 1.   Pour some oil into a Dutch oven. Brown the boneless pork shank pieces. Add the thinly sliced onions and the whole garlic clove. Let them brown. Add the bell peppers. Cover and let cook, stirring occasionally.
    Add the chosen seasoning (possible spices, salt, pepper, herbs ...).
    Serve with rice or steamed potatoes.
