Chocolate and Red Bean Brownie

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    In a dish, blend the cooked red beans with the sugar and oil.
    Melt the chocolate with the butter.
    Add the melted chocolate and then the eggs to the red bean mixture until a smooth blend is achieved.
    Pour the batter into a greased suitable mold to obtain a thickness of 2 cm.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Allow to cool before unmolding.

  • 100 g of sugar
  • 125 g of butter
  • 2 tablespoon of oil
