Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Grease 4 ramekins with butter, then place a few cubes of ham, grated Gruyère cheese, and top with 1 tablespoon of sour cream in each.
  • 3.   Crack an egg into each ramekin.
  • 4.   Season with salt and pepper.
  • 5.   Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and slide it into the oven.
  • 6.   Let your preparations cook for 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
