Herring, Potato, and Radish Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the whole potatoes in boiling salted water or steam for about 30 minutes.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, rinse and slice the radishes, and cut the herring fillets into pieces.
  • 3.   Gently heat the white wine.
  • 4.   Peel and slice the potatoes, place them in a salad bowl, and pour the wine over them.
  • 5.   Let it cool slightly, then add the oil, mix, and add the radishes, herring, and chopped parsley. Season with a splash of vinegar.
