Instructions

  • 1.   1) Mix the buckwheat flour, white flour
  • 2.   2) Make a well and add the egg
  • 3.   3) Gradually add water to mix the dough, add enough until you get a semi-liquid dough.
  • 4.   3) Let it rest for 2 hours, or even better, make it the day before!
