Microwave Cantonese rice

Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, beat the eggs to make an omelette. Melt a knob of butter in a pan and pour in the eggs. Stir regularly to obtain scrambled eggs. Remove from heat and cut the eggs into small pieces.
  • 2.   In a mixing bowl, put the rice and pour in two large glasses of water. Add the peas and scrambled eggs, then mix.
  • 3.   Place everything in the microwave for 15 minutes on low power, checking the cooking progress.
  • 4.   Once the rice is cooked, add a little oil and the diced ham. Season with salt, stir, and serve the Cantonese rice immediately.

  • 150 g of ham cubes
  • 150 g of pea
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g of butter (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • salt (according to taste)
