Lentils and Carrots with Morteau Sausage

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the carrots and cut them into slices.
    Rinse the lentils under water and put them in a casserole dish. Add the carrots and the Morteau sausage. Fill with water and cover well.
    Let simmer for 35-40 minutes over low heat.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
