Chicken escalope with spinach and goat cheese

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the chicken escalope in a pan, add a cube of frozen spinach branches, once everything is cooked, add the goat cheese.
  • 2.   Cook the gnocchi separately in a pan. Cut into small pieces and mix everything together.

  • I made this recipe just for myself... Multiply the quantities for several people.
