Instructions

  • 1.   In a ramekin, mix together the yogurt, chia seeds, and oat flakes.
  • 2.   Add the apricots cut into pieces, honey, and sliced almonds.
  • 3.   Refrigerate overnight.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Replace the apricots with other fresh fruits.

    The almonds can be replaced with hazelnuts.

    The honey can be replaced with jam or another sweetener.
