1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Mix all the dry ingredients.
3. Add the water and oil, then mix with a spoon.
4. Roll out the dough thinly between two sheets of parchment paper with a rolling pin.
5. Carefully remove the top sheet of parchment paper.
6. Add grated cheese if desired.
7. Gently place the parchment paper with the thinly rolled dough in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
8. Remove the baking sheet, let it cool, then break into small pieces with your hands.
9. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
