Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Mix all the dry ingredients.
  • 3.   Add the water and oil, then mix with a spoon.
  • 4.   Roll out the dough thinly between two sheets of parchment paper with a rolling pin.
  • 5.   Carefully remove the top sheet of parchment paper.
  • 6.   Add grated cheese if desired.
  • 7.   Gently place the parchment paper with the thinly rolled dough in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • 8.   Remove the baking sheet, let it cool, then break into small pieces with your hands.
  • 9.   Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

  • 65 g of spelt flour
  • 67 g of water
  • 25 g of oil
