Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the hard-boiled eggs and the potatoes.
  • 2.   In a salad bowl, mix the cottage cheese, salt, pepper, lemon juice, dill.
  • 3.   Add the smoked salmon cut into small pieces, the potatoes, the hard-boiled eggs. Mix well.
  • 4.   Serve warm or cold.

  • 1 teaspoon of whole grain mustard
  • ½ red onions
