Instructions

  • 1.   Open the peppers, remove the seeds and white membranes, then cut them into strips.
  • 2.   Peel the onions and cut them into slices.

    Heat the canola oil in a pan to sauté the garlic and onion for 2 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the peppers and cook for 10 minutes.
  • 4.   Season with salt and pepper.
  • 5.   Crack the eggs into the pan and cook gently for 5 minutes, then enjoy your pepper piperade.
