Surimi and Tomato Quiche

Small seafood quiches to be enjoyed hot or cold. Prepared in advance, they can be enjoyed for a cold buffet or a picnic.

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F). Whisk the eggs with the fromage blanc, cream, and flour (reserving a teaspoon to flour the molds). Gradually pour in the milk until a smooth batter is obtained. Season with salt, pepper, add nutmeg and chervil. Stir in the grated surimi (or seafood mix) and the gruyère cheese. Mix well.
  • 2.   Grease and lightly flour 4 individual tart molds. Divide the mixture among them. Cut the surimi sticks into slices, lightly press them into the molds. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 little Swiss
  • 2 tablespoon of 30% liquid cream
  • 80 tablespoon of flour
  • 150 ml of skim milk
  • ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 3 teaspoon of fresh chervil
  • 140 g of surimi
  • 30 g of grated Gruyère cheese
  • 2 teaspoon of margarine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 tomato
