Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and peel the cucumbers.
  • 2.   Then cut the cucumbers in half and then into half slices.
  • 3.   In a bowl, put the yogurt, lemon juice and zest, chopped chives, salt, and pepper, then mix.
  • 4.   Then add the cucumbers and mix everything.
  • 5.   Chill until ready to serve.
